Frequently Asked Questions
Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Price includes all deliveries within a 15-mile radius. All deliveries beyond 15 miles will have a delivery fee that is automatically calculated at checkout. All rentals are subject to a 6% sales tax which will also be calculated at checkout.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.We are happy to deliver to any address that is within our 25-mile service area. Any deliveries 15 to 25 miles away will be subject to a per-mile delivery fee which will be calculated at checkout. For any questions or inquiries about deliveries outside our service area, please give us a call.
Q.Does the standard 6 hour rental time include your set up time?
A.No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
Q.When do you set up?
A.Set-up times are dependent upon our rental delivery schedule for the day. Most deliveries will happen within the hour prior to your rental time. In rare circumstances, delivery and setup can occur up to two hours prior to your rental time.
Q.What should I expect the day of my rental?
A.The day of your rental should be stress-free! You will be contacted prior to setup to let you know your delivery driver is on the way. Once the driver arrives, they will verify a full payment has been received and ask you to direct them to the setup area. Once the inflatable is set up, the driver will ask you to do a brief inspection to ensure the unit is clean and free of any damage. Once you are satisfied with the unit and set up, the last thing to do is have fun!
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. For safety and liability reasons, the blower is to remain untouched by the customer and plugged in at all times. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Credit Cards and Gift Cards are the only forms of payment accepted on our website. Cash can be accepted if a customer books an appointment over the phone. If paying with cash, customers are expected to pay the exact amount of the rental prior to setup. Our delivery drivers do not carry exact change.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Cancellations for a refund are accepted two full business days prior to the agreed rental date and time. Any cancellations made after the two business day grace period will be subject to a rain check that is valid for exactly one year.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a 25% Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 2 business days prior to your rental date and time.
Q.How much space do I need?
A.The space needed is determined by each individual unit. A great rule of thumb is at least 4 feet of clearance on every side of the inflatable. All inflatable dimensions can be found in their individual descriptions. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit, or give us a call. Inflatables need room for stakes, blowers, and must be clear of any walls or trees that may damage the inflatable. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup
Q. Any special requirements?
A.Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.Grass is preferred for the safety of our customers and our inflatables but we can also set up on dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We can not set up on any rigid surface, or areas that contain sharp rocks or sticks. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their preferred setup area is free of all materials that can be hazardous to the operation of the inflatable. Drivers have a right to refuse setup on any areas they deem unsafe and will work with the customer to determine a more suitable area.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and No. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high-traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence, you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. Upon setup of the inflatable, the customer and driver will do a brief inspection to check for any pre-existing damage. All damages made after the inspection is complete can result in additional charges.
